The Talbert Boys

As much fun as I'm having with my two little boys, I can only imagine the joy & laughs my mother-in-law Lill had when Ben & Jon were little. I've heard all the stories of how Ben crawled up the cabinets & ate all the Flintstone vitamins and pooped a rainbow for days. And how the boys, at the ripe old ages of 4 & 6, managed to crawl into the car Dukes of Hazzard style, knock it into gear & roll it down the street and crash into a tree. And now that I have my own set of Talbert Boys, I know I will have my fair share of tales to pass along.

But for now, the mischief is pretty limited. Most of my great joy comes from watching these two brothers love each other and make each other laugh.

Kicking off Round 2 of Potty-training by sporting the Pull-Up conehead look. Jackson's digging it; Westie's not so sure....in fact, I'm pretty sure Westie's saying, "Really Mom? We've tried this before and he peed ALL OVER the house. Again? Really?"

Double-duty bathtime. Check out that belly on Westie. "Chubby baby" as J says.

Boy time on the couch when Daddy gets home from work.

Weston helping supervise Jackson as he masters a new feature at the park.

Weston woke up from his morning nap crying, then got really quiet....this is what I found when I went in to check on him. Not only did Jackson crawl into his crib but he also set up the mobile so they'd have some entertainment. I love how they love each other.

Rooting for the Wolfpack on Saturday.
