Time for Potty-Training?

As I was changing his diaper this morning, Jackson grabbed his wee-wee, said "I pee-pee on Mommy!", and  pretended to pee on me, complete with the 'psssss' sound effects.  I guess its time to start being hardcore about potty-training.  Tips?!??!
