We went to Brunswick to see Ben's parents over Easter and had a great time. The boys got to play on the beach and have an Easter egg hunt. We rode bikes on Jekyll Island and Jackson went skinny-dipping in the ocean.

This is the kiddie bike seat that Lill used to ride Ben & Jon around in when they lived in Germany. Its amazing that its still kicking 30 years later. Jackson LOVED riding in it.
While they guys were bike riding, Lill & I strolled Weston around the historic homes on Jekyll.

Afterwards, we went walking on the beach and Jackson couldn't be kept out of the water. It was really warm out so the water wasn't too bad.

On Saturday, Oma & Opa did an egg hunt for Jackson and he had a blast collecting his loot. Weston was a happy observer.

Sunday morning, the boys woke up to Easter baskets full of candy & toys. Jackson was sleeping in the other wing of the house & when I went to check on him that morning, I found him at the kitchen table sifting through his basket.

On a crafty note, the boys had matching home-made sock bunnies in their baskets. These were so much fun to make using knee socks from Target and following a tutorial I found online. And its been 3 weeks post-Easter and Jackson is still carrying his around. It makes me so happy that I took the time to makes these.

We enjoyed lots of time just to chill and do nothing except hang out with Oma & Opa. It was awesome to relax!
